Is Portion Control Really Important for Weight Loss?

For some people, like you said, portion control could be very significant. For me personally, I find that staying away from the unhealthy foods, anything processed, pizzas, donuts, whatever, right? And also even grains, I stay away from grains, anything with flour in there. So I think it depends on the individual. Some people may have hydropermin or more predisposed addictions and those. It's much easier to say no to the entire doughnut than to take a bite.
