Sally Kohn: I feel like on Slack, I can get away with sort of having like stream of consciousness texting. But if I do that to a new team member, it's like they immediately think like I mean or I'm like it just comes off the wrong way. So talk to us about having to think before we actually type and slow down.Kohn: It could be a voice note or a quick email once a week taking the time to acknowledge great work is great.
