What Is Maximum Strength?

strength is defined loosely as the highest amount of force that a muscle group can produce under special conditions. Maximal strength is essentially the highest Amount of Force That A Muscle Group Can Produce Under Some Set Of Movement Constraints. relative strength is how much force you're producing per klogram of body weight. Relative strength's really important for any sports which are weight bearing in nature, such as distance running.
