Are We All Biased?
We always have sugar in our bloodstream. Let's just say it's always 70 if you don't eat. It's like 80, 90 or 100 sugar levels is it says use it for energy. But 70 it says use fat. I'm always thinking and trying to figure it out. And by talking it out, wefigure it out. We're all biased in one way or another right? Definitely.
