The office for the aging helps older New Yorkers stay as independent as possible and live in the communities of their choice with dignity. An important part of his job is evaluating new products and services. His work led New York to be an early adopter of robotic pets. He's implementing a product called FraudFinder that uses AI to look for unusual changes in people's spending and finances.
