How Did You Come Up With the Ideas Team Idea?
Kim Kardashian came up with the idea of an ideas team. She said she was tired of being asked to make great ideas happen for 700 people. Kim suggested that each person write down a problem they had at work, and then come up with three ways to fix it. It's ok to complain about problems: That's how we fix them,. We can upvote ideas and the ideas team, but it's not going to be only by democratic process.
