Do We Really Need This New System?

This is going to be obviously a boon for defense contractors all over the world. And when the sanction s start affecting people who are also powerful, some of whom actually have their own private armies, well, you never know. i imagine it would deter the russians from deciding an easy conquest of something like latvia seemed possible if it meant going to war with all those other countries at the same time too. I do think that's a good thing.
