A job isn't worth it if they are using salary versus hourly as a leverage tool to guilt or get free labor out of your employees. I wish my entire career was a giant Patreon where I could just say, I love doing the work that I do for you. Please pay me what you think I'm worth and don't do it all through patronage because I don't want to talk about rates. Okay. So like this person would rather work like a salary position. All right.
