Do You Really Want to Stick With This?

As someone who did go through a computer science programm multiple times i was the only girl in the classroom. As you get higher up the chain, there are less and less because people don't want to deal with crap. It's something where you start to question after a point like do i really want to stick with this? "I think it's important to encourage people too continue to get in the industry"
