Hikoichi's New Year's Eve Party
Hikoichi gets his neighbor to write the word goyokin on a wooden box. He then goes out to the rough part of town, which is rumored to be haunted by robbers. A robber comes up to him and says he can help carry some government funds across town. Hikoichi's like brilliant; we just need to get the license for popeye and rice. Then we're away.
