The Future of Cities
Real estate is ground zero, where culture and community and cities meet. I think of someone who builds a project as a conductor, not a builder. So it requires all disciplines. It requires understanding every instrument. And so really what forecasting is all about, you know, strip away the methods and everything else, it's about deeply understanding the present in order to appreciate what could be next. That's what I work on.
