Danhy says he wants to decrease his body fat and drop his weight from two 50 to around two ten to 200, so he can keep up with this 10 year old boy and one year old girls. Danhy: I think personally, you have to fast at some level. And i'd rather you do ten to 15 minute wait workouts and walk every day for fat lost verses say, every saturday, go to the jim for four or five hours.
