Ser: I like the idea of taking whatever feedback or verbatim it is, and just being more curious. And i think im doing that digging, i helps you build trust as a leader with your people. Ser: When i had my own children, am, and trying to figure out the whole parenting thing, which, you know, when you're new to it, is a big hot mess. It's all based on this theory of a people being rational about their decisions. But they don't, because we're human, and we just don't do that.
