The Discoverability Challenge With Threads
The difference between an open silo and a closed silo is the idea that all information should be discoverable if you want to find it. The de lenge is really around the the discoverability. It's hard to know what information you don't know. How do you not overwhelm people with just, like, an unlimited proliferation of new forums that are being created? Idon't realy know the answer to that. I think formalizing your road maps is incredibly important.
