The Mastery, Base Assessment, the Self Pacing at Lent Learning
The problem is that you weren't assessing on mastery. The interesting about the model is folks inherently see the blended piece as like the bottle next to doing the model, it's the piece that like initialy. You're like, ah, how do i do that right? How do i eliminate the lecture? Right? And when you rethink the concept of pacing, yes, then you rethink the notion that every kid has to be on the same thing at the same time. And then when you kind of get rid of this notion that you have to grade students on mastery, on completion and effort ind sert, of come up with this letter grade that's mixture of a lot of random ideas
