Ernie Cobb was Boston College's top scorer last year. He is now being recruited by mobster Jimmy Burke to play in the NBA. The plan goes awry, but Hill comes up with a way to get Cobb back on track. It will be his job to instill fear into both Cobb and Rick Coon.
