For many years, most of my guys came four days. Then I switched over to push pull legs, arms four days a week. Gains were great, felt fantastic, strength gains, all that. And then I eventually got kind of just sick of tired and bored of upper body days. All my joints are healed, but they're still healing up. That's the good news. The bad news is you don't know what day is pushed or what day is pulled."
