Z zoom was kind of held up is a great example of where they had not really baked in to their product development and it really kind of bit them in the ass. There's another parallel to analytics and to QA the kind of the like hey we've done this cool thing now that's let's go through the checklist of legal regulatory QA data collection privacy compliancelike happens at the end can you talk about why? "I think customers get caught up in oh my god this is so much more convenient than what we were doing before," he says.
