The court stem test is used to check for adrenal insufficiency and how much the hypotherlamic pituitary adrenal access the HPA axis has been affected by being on steroids. Do you always do a court stem after with all tapers or is it just your patients who were concerned for adrenalInsufficiency? I'm curious your practice on that. Yeah, it depends on how long they've been on steroids. So we're not usually seeing the ones that are at easy tapers.
