The Importance of a German Resistance Movement
The two men shared a common morality, and by 19 38, the escalation of the german rike forced them to act on their convictions. The priest and industrialist conceived of a resistance organization populated with austrians who wanted to fight back against the facious regime. Taking over their beloved country. They saw this sordid political movement as subverting their place in the world. And they were trying to find ways to reconcile this looming evil with who they thought they were thi centre of culture, music, literature.
