The White House's Budget Document Is Out There

McCarthy wants Joe Biden to get into a negotiation with things that he will not disclose publicly. If you have an agreement, Joe Biden will own it just as much as Kevin McCarthy. It won't matter anymore that they'll still be fairly toxic politically or at least things that a substantial majority of the country opposes. The White House is saying, no, we're not going to negotiate it all. And to even discuss it, you need to tell us exactly what you are for.
