I was thinking what is the ritual geology of corporate mining because it seems like there is this idea that the ritual is not, cannot be a function or a factor in corporate mining but reading your book I think we end up asking that question back to corporate mining as well. Could you just expand a little bit on maybe when did that idea come from you because your experience as you mentioned was mostly in south Senegal at first so maybe you started with a more national regional approach when did you shift to that geological approach and when did it make sense to you and why?
