Thinking Work Is Not the Only Tool That You Ever Need
i think that thought work is always helpful for everybody, in the sense that if you are conscious, you are having thoughts about yourself and whatever's going on with you. There are a lot of different tools that could be necessary, including psychiatriccare, medication, non medical procedures. i like lots of clients who went through therapy and found it helpful or dint or whatever,. but basly got to a point where their therapi was like, o i mean, i think we've resolved what you came to work on."
