The Only Measure for Language Is the People

Hindi and urdu have both been fed much more by dialects than by either sanscrit or by english or by persian. Persian was theng of the courts, but the people around lalkila and agra and matranall spoke a variety of hindi - even panjabi. So the languages are public property. And if you try to trifle with it, and this is also caught hindi in a kind of peculiar situation where a lot of very mediocrte third rate writers who write on politically correct subjects are getting hiped up way beyond their measure.
