The Twitter File Shows That Twitter Doesn't Shadow Banned Accounts

Twitter has argued in the past that they don't shadow ban, but that they do demote sort of your tweets if what you're saying breaks some of their rules. Elon himself has said that he will use this tactic for people who spread spam or say things that are not pleasant. We don't know if this is really full on shadow banning or it's just sort of every day business that Twitter was doing to make its platform usable and pleasant for other people.
