How Do You Rewire Your Brain for Positivity?

It's so important to actually do it first thing in the morning and right before you go to sleep because that is that twilight zone. If you do this for a year, you see such tremendous mental change in a positive way. I like that we did an episode on gratitude for Thanksgiving and talked about how gratitude rewires your brain for positivity and peacefulness and performance. And me and Alex are a true testament in regards to that, everything we have in our life is because we're grateful for it.
