What Are Your Guys' Thoughts on Delegation?
I'm really bearish on owner-operated protocols. The original operator is also the owner, then that's great. But if you have a diversified base of owners who then try to collectively operate a protocol, I think that protocol has no chance basically. It doesn't fundamentally address both of these principal agent problems really well. We'll definitely need some kind of delegation system because we have like any doubt, we have a problem of voting fatigue. What you want is decisions to be made by domain experts with sort of a deliberately holistic and high level view of the protocol. And for more important things, for less operational things, we still have to do this full-fledged voting.
