The Importance of Race Consciousness in College Recruitment
Jeffrey Toobin: The big question moving forward is whether any race consciousness is unconstitutional and a violation of federal law even if it results in the adoption of facially neutral policies. But nonetheless, I do think it's possible for universities to maintain a diversity based program that's well crafted.
