Is It Measured by an Investor's Intelligence?
I have not been in a period, and i don't remember appearing in this market for really, since early two thousands, where everybody was buolish. We haven't been in te period where everyody's bullish. Evento, 20 19, people were not bullish. You still had a couple people out there that were really negative. So let me kind of, is measured by a investors intelligence?
