I don't like the term soft skills because it kind of implies that these skills are more things that like not true hardcore engineers do or need to learn how to do. But as you said, they're just as important. I think empathy is probably the biggest skill that is not very I haven't I don't really know how to teach it. It makes everyone more effective their job if they just are able to have like basic empathy for people who are outside of their lived experience.
