The Problem With Divorce

The Roman Catholic Church took this passage as the basis for an exception that they allow to their universal ban on divorce, based on Jesus's prohibition of divorce and not in action. This is the only time you may divorce your spouse is if they don't convert when you do you convert and they don't know that you can have a divorce. None of that contextually seems to support the idea that Paul said, okay, you spastic and convert with you, you're okay to divorce. Everything in the passage seems to encourage staying for evangelistic reasons.
