The National Reconstruction Fund

The National Reconstruction Fund looks at sensible coal investments a bit like the CFC. The legislation for the fund is modeled on the CFC which I think is a tribute to the CFC designers that ten years later we come along and say well why don't we do it like the C FC? It's not operating yet but that's what that's about so I think it will play a role sitting alongside that's the CFC, he says.
