I think for everybody, regardless of what your game plan is, every so often, breaking it. Like i love coffee, and every two months i'll take a week off and i don't have any coffee. And i challenge my brain to see how do i feel. I want to challenge my body to see how i feel. It doesn't matter if you want to wear the same thing every day, as long as you're getting diversity in other manners. You know, that could be feeding you in all those ways. Maybe it's the brain level, the mental sphere, and then that can ultimately change other things physically in your body. That's why i love doing pod castes
