The Three Realms of Shamanism

Stanley: In shamanic cosmology, there are three realms and we're in the middle realm. He says one thing that's common to shamans is traveling to different worlds. Stanley: Some traditions have seven different realities that they travel to. This isn't as bizarre as you might think because we have some physicists who talk about multiple universes.
