Shell and the Global Climate Coalition

In 1996, Shell's annual management brief suggested that climate change is a long-term issue. The company left the Global Climate Coalition in 1999 because they actually agreed with the emissions target set by the Kyoto Protocol. If you're going to pick the least shitty gas company, I guess it might be Shell. Although again, they still did a lot of this and are responsible for huge amounts of this.
