Manchester City's Behaviour in the Third-Play Regulations
Manchester City have denied that there was the behavior in any improper way. Roberto Manchili's salary under the cover, or so it is alleged, of payments paid by an amiaratic club called Al-Ahad. The figure was $1.75 million to a company in Italy, which had linked to Mauritius as well. That would constitute, if proven, an obvious and glaring attempt at going around circumventing the third-play regulations.
