Do You Think This Is a Cover Up?
Lukewarm response to reports that the U.S. military may have covered up a drone strike in Afghanistan. Luke: I think there's probably some clear breakdown in an established process, but it certainly points toward aspects of a cover up. He says unless you have really strong processes in place, that reporting is always going to breakdown. And i worry about the number of strikes that took place in far flung places like afghanistan where there was not the kind of journalistic accounting that we're seeing here.
