Introduction
David doch has a lot of wheel houses, but this is certainly one right in the dead centre of his professional interests. This particular chapter is one of my favorites in the entire book. It is insight bomb after insigte bomb, which means i am going to take our time with passages herer even more so than what i normally would, in order to break them down or emphasize them. But i'm going to begin just by reading the first paragraph on the first page of the book, and then i'll skip rather a lot, and i'll explain why in just a moment.
