The Risks of M-Gus in Patients With MGUS

M-GUS is monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. It's defined by an M-spike of less than 3, and fewer than 10% of bone marrow plasma cells without any myeloma-defining clinical events. Anyone that has a non-IGG type of M protein or abnormal free light chain ratio greater than 1.65 are at higher risk for MGUS.
