The Limits of Platform Teams
enabling work that's going to bring a lot of benefits and especially is going to allow you to understand your actual customer needs much better time and time again. I haven't seen a case where organization and team started doing enabling work that didn't come up with new insights they never thought about before. Sometimes we need to take a step back and say well we thought this was more straightforward and part of our platform service but actually should be in the streamline teams hands.
