The Retrospective, Right?

I think IQs exponentially go down the more people you add, but it can also be super great. I've had events where many people came together sharing a passion. You have to have something in common which you share. And I think then it can work out. It could totally fail. But I'd like to stay optimistic and try it better than pessimistic and don't try it. That's like with all the stuff I'm doing for community,. I tried podcasting because I just wanted to try. So I keep going. If it doesn't work, I just skip it. Even if it works, I will just continue doing it.
