Real Estate Investing - Number Four
If I want to do a handy work then I know that I can get a maybe a cheaper property because I'll have to do some sweat equity. So for me mine is number four is you so look in the mirror and say okay what kind of person am I am I a handy person. If I don't want to touch anything if I want something that's I would just just call it a white glove property then know that that may cost more.
