What's the Difference Between Borrowing Rates and the Bank of England?

Lizz Truss has not taken any responsibility for rushing something out that she deliberately tried to keep all eyes off. She knew things were fragile, and ultimately her decision to rush ahead ended up exposing something maybe she couldn't have seen coming. The Bank of England itself did an analysis saying that half of the rate rises were to do global factors, half were British factors. So you think she was wrong there? Oh, absolutely.
