Sally Kohn: I worry about this quite a bit. Every month that passes without a new bill getting traction is a month more education going on among the staffers and policymakers who are thinking about these laws. So I do have some optimism that, you know, the more the conversation slows down and is careful and precise, the more policymakers will spot the trade-offs here between increasing regulation of online content or further entrenching incumbents.
