Is There a Rule of Law in Immigration Law?
The immigration law, you know, it'si's its legal codes. They're written down, but they are not consistent with what we would consider a rule of law system. Two people who are the same characteristics can be denied for the same visa just because of the whim of abur at. And then it's not comporting with our a traditions. Like this is a very unreasonable, a restriction that people back in the day would not have tolerated, but they tolerate today.
