The Crying Baby Hatwalk

Crying seems to be coming from a crying baby hatwalk with green skin and patchy black hair. He's wearing a pointed hat that doesn't fit his head and he looks like he's distraught. Do I see if there is a name anywhere by the bed? No. Well I have a theory obviously of who this is but let's find out. Can you pick him up? Yeah why not? Let's make a strength check. Am I small for a baby?Yeah he's very heavy for you but you're able to pick him up. Just pass damage.
