The Last One Is Redoing, Right?

When people ruminate on previous events and replay them over and over in their brain, it's a function of your brain where you make yourself feel better. And especially when folks are given direct feedback that something is true and they're angry at the feedback. That's also a reason to look into denial. The last one I want to hit, which I do, this is mine, big time, is called undoing. Redo the scripts. You can't change what happened. The past is in the past, but it'm a function ofyour brain where you making yourself feel better by somehow gaining power over what happened.
