It's a little heart check-in am I in the word each day my praying how am I fighting sin each week and how are things going to my relationships with my wife with my kids with other people like how am I doing those things it's just again it's a check-in you're reflecting on the week. You're thinking about how did I do this last week and then spend a little bit of time kind of brainstorming how could I do better and praying to the Lord thank you for the previous week.
