As an information archite, do you then allow yourself to come up with a solution? It depends on how much time and agency we've been given as a group. I might be asking them something like, if you had a magic wand to fix this problem, how would you do it? When you kind of release people from the expectation that they have to solve it, and you put something in its place, like magic, all of he sudden, they come up with super plausible things that could be done.
