Are There Any Ways to Improve Our Culinary Experiences?

A group at the university of copenhagen, that's really interested and figuring out what are some of the ways we can add mami taste back into highly nutritious vegetable baste foods. And so i thinkthat there are, you know, if we have a full understanding of flavor, there are things in that vein that we can do that are better for us in a variety of ways. A mean, that real trick in all this is who controls a these processes and so hat there there are just policy levers to get around.
